Students interested in the Athletic Training (AT) Program at Missouri State should declare a Pre-Athletic Training Major and complete the form below. Before a student can be considered for full admission into the program, during their freshman year these two steps along with all pre-admission criteria must be completed. Additional pre-admission criteria include ATC 220 and ATC 221 with a "B" or better, BMS 110 or BIO 121 and CHM 160 and CHM 161 or CHM 105 with a "C" or better, BMS 307 with a "C" or better and required clinical observation hours. Preferred courses include GEP 101, COM 115, CIS/CSC 101 or CSC 111, ENG 110, KIN 100, MTH 135 or higher, and PSY 121. Once the pre-admission requirements are completed, students will apply for admission into the Athletic Training Program to begin the following fall semester their sophomore year.
While it is not required we highly recommend students meet with a member of the Athletic Training faculty for further advising.
